Some rainy day fun at the #norfolkbotanicalgarden enjoying the warmer (albeit windy) weather. #plantphotography #japaneseplants #rainydays
Fronds of green maidenhair fern covered in silvery droplets of water stretch down from the top of the picture to just barely touch the grey-brown cement below. In the foreground, a rusty red leaf rests on the cement and in the background, hints of a grey stone wall can be seen through the fern. Close up of a cluster of bell-shaped flowers, white with light pink edges, hanging from a bright green Japanese Pieris plant in the foreground. A blurry bright green mossy stone in the foreground gives way to the clear image of a small creek lined by green foliage and ferns with several bright white & mottled pink camellia flowers floating in the water. A closeup shot of several tendrils of bell-shaped yellow flowers hanging from the dark brown branch of a large Early Strachyus shrub. In the background, muted, more branches full of the hanging flowers can be seen.
