People preaching nonviolence and "behave yourself" and citing MLK (who was assassinated anyway) remind me of how the whole world gushes about Gandhi and nobody hears about the Rani of Jhansi, Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Bagha Jatin...all the rebels who fought back with violent resistance.

My late husband was from Brooklyn (Coney Island) and he loved our dog, Nikki. She is still with me, but she’s nearly 15—and even though Norm always told her she had to live to be 100 we all know what happens.
