Well it is just a road / rat run now, sad
I can see due to yellow markers on other forest tracks that they are looking to restore other old Polish roads
better make the most of them while I can!

Two new to me shrines, one newly built, on my ramble today.
I have no idea why new shrines pop up, not sure if people need planning permission or what, the new one is brand new, I know this road & there was never one here before

The old road has been marked as a cul-de-sac now, once a busy thoroughfare, now overgrown with many prickly things!
Looking at how close the road came to the runway you can see why they tried to close it

Drift Ghost XL 'does not' have a 360° turnable camera,
mounted upside down on the left side of my helmet the horizon will never be horizontal

If I would have kept my head still it would have looked better

I've posted this trail before but with a rubbish camera,
here it is from today with a decent camera but rubbish sound,
not sure why?
AND, the reason I go slow on these trails is that I share them with other users, at 01:56 - Pilgrims...
this is a recognised pilgrim route...

Bridge is STILL closed!
but some serious timbers and metalwork at the site
back home through the village of Łęg,
it is not pronounced anything like it is spelt
then down another forest road recently covered in asphalt

because this forest road was supposed to be upgraded,
they didn't bother re-scraping half of it & it is full of pot-holes & puddles, my headlight bulb blew on the bumpy bit!

they either f*ck up forest roads or half finish them
because this forest road was supposed to be upgraded,

I love this little hamlet of Kijów
One forest road into it & a forest road & a tarmac out
Many little old wooden cottages
only got electricity a few years ago
no gas, so solid fuel or oil
No church, just a new chapel, it was once mainly occupied by Jewish Polish people...

I posted this video below with a tune that I thought I liked, but then I thought it didn't suit
so this one has the Cure singing an acoustic version of their song while I ride a very overgrown & up-&-down forest track where my average speed is 5 kmph
