In Prophecy 71, the MCs brave a ruined temple that's been taken over by baelgs, nocturnal feral humanoids with over-long arms, hooked claws, and the kind of morally absolute behavior that makes it okay to kill them. Yes, it's very convenient.

In the jungles of Hol, there resides a species of lizard known as the basilisk, which spits an acidic substance from its mouth. Basilisks are carnivores that feed primarily on rodents and certain species of insect, but are themselves largely hunted by birds like glintwings.
