Roast duck. Brine overnight or longer in saltwater (1/4 cup kosher salt per quart of water). Brush on mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, and orange zest on the skin. Stuff with butter, bay leaves, thyme, peppercorns and crushed juniperberries. Serve with garlic mash, and green bean anything 😗🤌
