Assuming he reflects 21c production standards, it is likely his nichrome wires can reach a temp in excess of 400 degrees celsius during operation.

I meant I had not seen any wrong answers except for the omission of Gil. And to be fair, Kamelion is a shape-changer and therefore could potentially alter its form to become the most attractive of all of the Doctor's companions. (But yeah, in this form, quite off-putting.)
