Arrived into Florence, walked to hotel, room already ready, and raced across to restaurant Fuoco Matto, opposite, for very quick pizza in the 20 minutes before they closed. In the end we were there 25 minutes! 🤣 Delicious nduja and burrata pizza, shared.

Yesterday's lunch was opposite the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio, which was closed (doh). Very very very good pasta. Loved the graffiti on the market exterior and watching someone redo the official paint decoration.
