How does Kemi Badenoch square her conference speech expressing her revulsion over Suella Braverman's comments about Englishness with her continued endorsement of Rupert Lowe?
Worth noting that only yesterday Kemi Badenoch was on TV defending her decision to give Rupert Lowe a select committee position, saying he is a hard-working MP and that the racist views of some of his supporters are not a bar on this.
Restore have a new policy: revoke all new citizenship grants

Lowe proposes new (unlawful) racial discrimination. Citizenship of spouses not revoked if UK-born British national has a parent born in UK but would be revoked when they don't (eg Rishi Sunak's wife would not get citizenship: his parents)

Kemi Badenoch suggesting on the BBC this morning that the Conservative party could somehow save tens of billions of pounds by axing a few quangos, rather than slashing essential services. Just not serious

Kemi Badenoch, "We need to start talking about living within our means, not austerity. We are overspending and we're borrowing from our children"

Sounds like common sense, but if it means cutting public services and support, it’s austerity, whatever Kemi Badenoch chooses to call it.

Kemi, do you want a cup of tea?

"We must cut welfare."

Kemi, where are you off on holiday this year?

"We must cut welfare."

Kemi, have you ever wondered how people on benefits feel when they're effectively dismissed as an army of shirkers, scroungers and all-round feckless bastards?

Lloyd's of London, Barclays Bank and the Church of England have all declared publicly that they profited hugely from slavery, Kemi Badenoch says they didn't. I know which stance seems more intuitively plausible.

Once again, Kemi is on the right side of public opinion. Not.

Really not sure why she's so against being a decent human being.

Kemi Badenoch, "6 million people are on out of work benefits. That cannot be right"

Who are they? People with serious illnesses or disabilities. Carers. Parents looking after young children. People who have lost their jobs or are trying to find work.
