The Namek Dragon Balls are obtained off-screen which yeah but it is funny how Kibitoshin used them to defuse right after finding out Champa and Vados weren't looking for them. That was funny.

And have it be so that if Kibitoshin leaves the World of the Kais to retrieve Gohan or the boys, that Buu could go hog wild and blow up the planet and kill both Goku and Vegeta, so he has to use his magic to make sure Buu can't do that and that Goku and Vegeta can fight him.

If Pure Boo really WAS meant to be strongest, then it would have been so much easier for Toriyama to just have Kibitoshin say, "the small original form of Boo was the strongest and most savage, but absorbing the kind Grand Kaioshin weakened him and made him docile."

Basically you swap out Kibitoshin with the unfused Supreme Kai, and have Goku fight Beerus at SSJ4, or at least explain why he doesn't. Probably not worth the effort, but that could be fun, at least.
