real answer: the idea of a killbot faction + mock city in the basement of the facility is cool. gives lots of room for generic enemy types + endless combat mode. i am still refining the puzzle piece. might keep that aspect or get rid of it entirely

In a way it sucks for them because I bet a bunch of them just wanna solve problems in robotics, and nobody who isn’t at least fascism-adjacent is doing that work.
This tech could be used to solve real problems, after the killbot phase of course.
