A real frost on October 10th. Considerably later than what's considered normal. The grass is covered, the marigolds still have their color and are fringed with the ice that's killing them. The amaranth deep red shows off the ice crystals, and even long dead plants make attractive pictures if you're a bit open minded.#earlymorning #firstfrost #killingfrost #marigolds #icetiaras #frostyfringe #leaveaprettycorpse #amaranth #deadleaf #goodlookingifyouwantittobe
