"We will make such a chase as shall be accounted a marvel among the Three Kindreds: Elves, Dwarves and Men." This is a great line and I think the first time we've heard the term "Three Kindreds."

Purity, the Angel of rejuvenating flesh.
and Bleeding Horde, the ungrateful Kindreds of her.
"We must hunt down and smite that disgraceful mockery of miracle before our flesh becomes one!"
-Pastor Grigoroi, the shepherd of bleeding horde.

As opposed to Khudzul, which was universal to all the dwarven kindreds and little changed through the ages, Dwarves used a local variety of Iglishmek. So dwarves of two kindreds would understand each others' Khudzul, but not their Iglishmek.

Off the top of my head, five subjects that Tolkien consciously leaves space for spicy interpretations of:
1. Númenorian imperialism
2. Fëanor
3. Tom Bombadil
4. Relations between elf kindreds
5. Can orcs be redeemed

"What if Mordor wasn't evil" is imo a much more boring thought experiment than people suggest because Arda /is/ a universe that /does/ have areas of grey morality and moral ambiguity that are much more interesting to think about and instead Yeskov came up with "what if orcs werent orcs"

From Frederick Douglass's 1867 "Composite Nation" speech, a defense of Chinese migration to the United States at a time when anti-Chinese sentiment was intensifying.

This card needs to be the subject of a Secret Lair where it has forms in popular Kindreds.
Merfolk, Elf, WWolves, Saprolings, Spiders, Whatever; I don't care. This just needs to stop making my decks look soo weird.

A family friend who gets animals for TV used him for a Samsung phone ad and brought him home, apologising because everyone had adored him and he did everything perfectly but his wonky face meant he wouldn’t feature. Freddie and I were kindreds, just two pals whose faces didn’t quite fit.

so Irma's whole thing is that her sire (who is dead) is a Ananke obsessed with the line between life and death so he kidnaps mortals and also kindreds and does organ transplants of recently embraced kindred into the organs of a human to see what happens (this usually kills them)
