I can never resist a pretty cover and my library had the sparkly 3D special edition cover. So begins my Spark of the Everflame read and journey into the Kindred's Curse Sage by Penn Cole. #booksky 💙📚🪐 #fantasy #kindredscursesaga #penncole #sparkoftheeverflame

3.75/5⭐ VERY conflicted about this review. 300 pages too long filled with stuff Diem should have figured out in book 2. And her healer background should have made 1 big thing BLINDINGLY obvious #booksky #kindredscursesaga #penncole #heatoftheeverflame 💙📚🪐📚🌶️ 1/5 spice slow burn FINALLY gets somewhere
After sucking down the first 2 books like they were air, I had to move on to book 3 of the Kindred's Curse Saga, Heat of the Everflame, immediately after I finished book 2 a couple of days ago. I finished it last night and am still figuring out my thoughts #booksky 💙📚🪐 #penncole #romantasy #fantasy

Started on book 2, Glow of the Everflame, yesterday! I have to catch up on my reviews (resolution of 2025 is to write 1 for every book I read) but I'm just having my day reading today. I'm really enjoying Diem and Luther's story

I desperately want to find a book that has a female lead who isnt an emotional mess. #KindredsCurseSaga and #ACOTAR have been difficult reads for me. Perhaps I'm too judgemental but these female leads are THE WORST! I love the stories but the female characters are infuriating.
