Tonight on the Mead Hall menu (top table only), Greek lamb chops, roasted mediterranean vegetables with Greek roasted potatoes*
Lower tables. Spam kleftico.
Vegetarian/vegan option. Take it or fucking leave it.
Scraps and scrapings by the leper gate as ever.

I like to keep it absolutely simple. Use a lamb kleftico as a basis, except use a sealed casserole dish instead of parchment, with halved potatoes, par boiled, mint, garlic, rosemary, olive oil. Cook on a low heat for about 6hours.

Right. Off to a local restaurant tonight for their Kleftico. Back home for 9.30pm to watch the match with a bottle of local white wine (Vasilikon single vineyard). Need a Villa win (with an Anwar consolation goal) to make it a perfect night. 🤞🤞
