It's a jelly-like candy called "Kohakutou/Amber Candy."

It looks so pretty and delicious that I feel both "I want to eat it" and "I don't want to eat it" at the same time.

SO here is a batch of Kohakuto (Japanese Crystal Jellies) Candies I made themed off of @celestialaphelion.bsky.social
They are Blue Razz Green Tea flavored, colored deep Blue with Blue Shimmer Dust mixed in. The left is Day 1 and the right is after a week of Air Drying! So shiny and crunchy!

It is a cake that contains *kohakuto* (amber sugar jelly).
*Kohakuto* is made from sugar and agar.
It has a texture that is crisp on the outside and jelly-like on the inside.
I have seen this cake before, but I have never eaten it.
