kryptonians get all of their energy from the Sun like plants they don't need to eat food but they can eat food. Which means once she arrives on Earth the combination of the yellow sun and all of our delicious foods would mean that she's got an overabundance of energy... And It has to go somewhere...

Then Superman shows up and simply is not afraid of him. The threatening stare, glowing eyes and fake smile would not work on someone who has fought Kryptonians, monsters, alien armies, Doomsday, Darkseid and everything else connected to Superman's history.

Also kara should have brought krypto to a yellow sun planet. He probably could've gotten better on his own. Kryptonians are nearly immortal under a yellow sun. Probably works for their dogs too.

I like the animated film, but I feel they cut way too much stuff out. If they were gonna cut anything, I'd say it should've been the random bit with two Kryptonians which didn't serve the plot, while the Jonathan Kent plot absolutely should've been kept as it was a really emotional piece.

While last year’s Superman and June’s Supergirl worked to establish the cosmic powers of its respective Kryptonians and their heroic efforts, this new instalment moves away from space or the shiny skyscrapers of Supes’ Metropolis. ‘This is what acting can do for you. You take all your pain and your humiliation and channel it into your work. You make something good out of something ugly.’ Instead, we get our first look at Gotham city, Batman’s stomping ground, but as this new universe still hasn’t cast its Caped Crusader, it’s one of his villains who takes centre stage here, with the Bat supposedly slinking around in the city’s shadowy corners.
