We are very safe from flooding as we are on the side of a hill and have good drainage. Very worried about Lismore, Kyogle & Uki with regards to flooding.

Kyogle road from Murwullumbah and Summerland way up to Woodenbong is beautiful. Winding and great views and more important pubs and coffee stops.

We are between Kyogle and Lismore up in the hills. Yeah, multi dwelling communities are so good, and a lot better price than a regular house on 2 hectares.

I note that Page electorate has just returned a Nat. Clarence Valley Council, Kyogle Council, Lismore City Council, Richmond Valley Council, part of the Ballina Shire Council and part of the Coffs Harbour City Council. A region already more flogged by global heating than any other in NSW! Mad.

Lismore and Kyogle and surrounding areas have just been told to consider evacuating by 9pm tonight, just 4.5 hours away. Lismore drowned literally 3 years ago and it still has not recovered. So sad. Roads will be flooded by around midnight so folks won't be able to get out soon.
