Ilmankosteus sitä luokkaa, että pelkkä hengittäminen hikoiluttaa. Postilaatikkoreissun siniharmaa kyy oli vakkaripaikallaan keräämässä lämpöä.

Koira löysi mökkipihasta kyyn. Saalistettiin käärme isoon kannelliseen ämpäriin ja kuljetettiin muutaman kilometrin päähän.
Koira ei mitä ilmeisemmin saanut osumaa. Eikä kyy.
Adrenaliiniryöppy vaati vähän skumppaa. Eläimille ei tarjoiltu.

Pihalla liikkuva kyy on usein vain läpikulkumatkalla. Mikäli kyy pihalla kuitenkin mietityttää, eettisin keino on yksinkertaisesti siirtää eläin kauemmas. Jos omat keinot eivät riitä, voi paikalle soittaa esimerkiksi Kyypartion.
