He doesn't need permission to find out. He's going to. Thancred just has to take it, and do his best not to let his self-proclaimed master destroy him in the process.

I love them and their toxic dynamic... :3
Lahabrea’s fingers stroked sweat-soaked hair from his face. His whole body ached pleasantly, need thrumming through his veins. Thancred wouldn’t know how long he’d been going at it if Lahabrea asked him. He just knew each time he’d been on the verge of giving up or giving in Hephaistos was there, pouring warm aether into his body, soothing his muscles, healing the ache just enough. It was hard to hate Lahabrea when he made him feel this good.

This one is for the FREAKS.

The first of the lahathan smut series because we are like that in this house. Mind the tags.

(Also yes, I have more of them in my wips.)

This little interaction from the 2nd installment of my lahathan fic series. (yes it's smut, no I am not sorry.) Anyway I think about how little self-preservation Thancred has but also how much espionage training he has daily.

Here's the fic directly:
archiveofourown.org/works/60748069
White text on black background: Lahabrea stopped struggling and dug the claw of the glove deeper into Thancred’s shoulder with a hiss of his own. Thancred grunted and his hand reached to dislodge Lahabrea’s with a rough, “Let go.” “No,” Lahabrea snarled. He pressed a little harder. “I think you forget who is in charge. If you aren’t going to behave-” “If you wanted good behavior you’d buy a whore for the night. You like this,” Thancred accused and groped Lahabrea’s cock through his pants.
