also. really like the idea of dwarven society not really doing the whole Gender thing like most cultures do so lamitt doesn't really grasp why she feels the way she does until experiencing being treated as specifically Male by non-dwarven society and going "oh. wait a minute. this sucks wtf"

i always liked the idea of lamitt helping ardbert through transition (the image that always pops into my head is "lamitt drawing male clanmarks onto catbert before hrt kicks in") but her being trans too also is just. so good. 10/10.

There is also level of grief Lamitt and Faenor share. Both left their homes at a young age, both lean towards healing others while struggling to be straightforward and honest with their feelings.

I know the parallels or lack there of is for storytelling, you're not supposed to know Ardbert is your reflection, and inversely you cant draw a connection across worlds without them look literally alike.
That said I am considering the story ramifications if I make Lamitt Mika's shard instead...

YA......... U GET ME!!!! i also think its a personality thing but i cant fully explain how. they just feel similar. however i do think lamitt could run a business but tataru could never be a healer she would be terrified

no no no, funziona solo nel boss di shadowbringers. se non ricordo male, bisognava addormentare dei sin eater affinché Giott potesse ficcargli un elmo in testa e nasconderli dalla vista di Lamitt, che andava in giro a curare i lalafell senza elmo che sono stati trasformati in sin eater
