If anybody needs a good easy cookie recipe for stress-baking purposes tonight, these are excellent and the dough doesn’t need to be chilled.
I do 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup brown sugar, about a teaspoon of vanilla paste, and leave out the nuts because I enjoy breathing. And use mini chocolate chips.
