Front and back joined in the round finally! Started this Yarnkeeper Vest by #woolandpinedesigns in August. Using a bunch of leftover Lankava Mainio from #finnishedknits and the stripes proportionally use what I have left. We’ll see if yarn chicken happens before the end!

Update on my #bubblyblossomsblanket by #westknits - I’m just over 60% done and on track to finish it at the end of the year. Worked up in Lankava Mainio from #finnishedknits I’m all done with the Dip Stitches and now enjoying the return of slip stitches in the pattern.

Now drying after a full soak and blocking. Bubbly Blossoms Blanket by #westknits and done up in over 4000 yards of Lankava Mainio from #finnishedknits - almost feels like a weighted blanket on the bed! My planning spreadsheet is linked in the project that shows how much to knit every day for a year.

The bows can be customised, and accessories can be added! The beanie is crocheted from Lankava Lempi yarn and pre-washed. You will receive care instructions with it.

Yarn pick #14 for 2026 is my leftover Lankava Mainio in Coffee. I used this in my Slipstravaganza blanket. Now I have to figure out what to do with the leftovers.😁 Got the yarn from #finnishedknits Looking forward to working with it again!

Ich will auch die Lankava Sulo ausprobieren, aber die 20 Farben, die sie haben, sind dann am Ende doch nicht unbedingt ausreichend :D Muss mal das Stoneknits Buch durchforsten, was ich stricken will und dann entsprechend bestellen.

Thanks Trish. I use paper yarn quite a lot because it has enough body for the sculptural pieces I like to make. I get it from Lankava in Finland.
