I wear a Jax pin on my work lanyard. Not only do a lot of my students recognize the character (I'm also the cool teacher cuz I know some of the cast lol), but people on my commute who recognize Jax are super cool ^_^
Real. I talked to someone who said they were worried if they wore TADC merch in public they'd have to deal with toxic people.
I wear my TADC shirt all the time and get to have fun conversations! The toxic people, if they're about, are cowards in public.

The clasp of my lanyard snapped at work but the staff LGBTQ+ network has upgraded their lanyards from the regular pride flag to the progress pride flag so now I get a new and improved model
