sometimes i still think about how there was a puzzle i had to solve to disable all the traps leading up to the light of lathlander but i just smashed all of it with magical missiles. this game truly brings out a version of myself i never strive to be

and i got the blood of lathlander too without dying this time everything is coming up harvard

also need to note that i ran up on the spawn in the flophouse as quickly as I could but uhh if you have the blood of lathlander out they insta-aggro and then insta-teleport away LOL

I restarted my baldurs gate original run with a priest of lathlander elf. I kind of messed up my run in several ways and couldn’t beat sarevok. Like it wasn’t even close. I also didn’t realize that the game goes on rails in the last couple chapters so I was going up against him at like level 5.

from what my friend told he, it depends on the setting of the game but he said Iados would take a knee for Lathlander lol. Right @rainbowcrow.bsky.social ?

Ooh, who does he venerate? Lathlander?

First up is my first character ever. Percival "Smokey" McBongwater. Cleric of St. Cuthbert, later Lathlander
I didn't create him. He was a character in my dad's game whose player got too wasted or baked to keep playing and I really wanted to hang.

Something like epic 6 where you can keep getting feats would be a good option but BG3 kinda has this already with ridiculous gear that blows 5e's power curve out of the water.

The blood of lathlander or a +5 item is equivalent to a level or two by itself.

Haven't done it on this playthrough yet, but it wasn't all that hard the first time around

I'm sure there are OTHER spells for Shadowheart to cast, but Spirit Guardians is right there... and this time I also have the Lathlander Mace

When I remember that characters other than Durge exist.
