Love that the matron was indirectly responsible for Launda receiving the gift that death/mortality can be, finally allowing her to truly be together with Imogen - tethered through this world and the next 😭

Oh nice, first campaign, that’s the best! My first was Mighty Nein and I was so sad when it was over but I love C3 just as much if not more, so I’m hoping whatever comes next is just as good/even better. I’ll miss Bells Hells tho, especially Imogen and Launda
😢💜🖤

Finally uploading an #ArtVersusArtist! Lots of illness, job craziness, and change this year. Despite it all, still found time to paint Chappell Roan at least four times (•:
An art versus artist collage. Top left: Launda from Critical Role Campaign 3, Top middle: Aubrey’s rendition of Chappell Roan’s Gov Ball look with bright colors and color pencil texture. Top right: a goblin with blood on its claws. Middle left: Aubrey’s rendition of Chappell Roan’s look for her unreleased song performed on SNL. I realize I've never gotten around to posting my old art on this account and I should probably do that 😅

Here's my design for Laudna's bad taxidermy ballgown inspired by medieval houppelandes

#criticalroleart #criticalrole
An illustration of the character Launda from Critical Role. She has pale grey skin and long black hair with white streaks. Her hair is styled in an updo resembling two horns. She is wearing a brown velvet houppelande trimmed in orange fox fur with a goofy taxidermied fox head on the collar. In one hand she holds a fox mask and in the other she holds her dead rat puppet Pate de Rolo, who is wearing a tuxedo.

artists, what's your favorite part to draw? quote this post!

big fan of the glowy eyes among other things
portrait painting of a dark skinned older woman with white hair and pearl earrings. she is wearing a victorian style green blouse embridered with flowers and is smirking slightly while staring at the viewer head on. a chapter title spread from an illustrated book showing a hag with a wicked smile and glowing eyes emerging from the woods. the border is in Ivan Bilibin style and the text reads "Die Waldhexe, The Forest Witch" digital illustration showing a figure with bloodied chin and neck grinnign at the viewer on the background of decorative leaves assembled in a border. they are dressed in cowboy attire and have a revolver in their hands. two illustrations side by side, 1: a painting showing a crazed village woman mid-transformation into a corvid demon. the light from the moon is red and she is levitating in a corn field, her body contorting and a crazed smile adorning her face. 2. a slavic fairytale book inspired illustration of Laudna as the Baba Yaga, with a witches hut in the background. launda is wearing a veil and carryign a basket while looking over her shoulder at the viewer. behind her, there is a crooked witches hut on chicken legs. The whole scene is sorrounded by foggy autumn birch forest.

Show me how you draw/paint women
Illustration of orin the Red from BG3. She's bowing down theatrically while keeping eye contact with the viewer, dagger in each hand and a grin on her face. There are blood splatters coming off the daggers. The lighting of the piece is harsh top down light and the colors are mostly reds and vlacks apart from her pale grey skin. Two illustrations of laudna and Imogen from Critical Role. Both of them have a decorative border aroudn them, reminiscent of the old slavic fairytale book style. In the first art, the two women are holding eachother on the backdrop of a red stormy sky. Laudna is bringing Imogen's hand up to her face as if to kiss it. In the second image, launda is wearing a veil and carryign a basket while looking over her shoulder at the viewer. behind her, there is a crooked witches hut on chicken legs. The whole scene is sorrounded by foggy autumn birch forest. Illustration picturing a version of the slavic folklore being "Rusalka". A woman is floatting above a foggy marshland, bringng up leaves and debris up in a whirlwind around her. She has long green hair made out of weeping willow branches and a dress from rags, long grasses and rope. The fabric and grass tendrills are whipping and lashing out in the wind. She has her arms raised and claws drawn. An angered expression on her face suggests that whoever the viewer is, has trespassed on her land. A stylised illustraton of two women on a white background with two moons. The style is slightly reminiscent of the Dragon Age tarot style. The figure in the background is tall and muscular, with long blonder hair, looking down to her side with a sloght frown. The shorter figure has short messy black hair, big elf ears and a large dark fur cloak around her shoudlers, she is looking to the side, away from the first figure.

After messing with that Feywild Shard again, a mishap has filled Imogen with blueberry juice! Laudna's promised to take care of her until it wares off, but is this a mishap that just goes away over time? #inflation #blueberryinflation
Imogen Temult and Launda from Critical Role. Imogen is inflated like a blueberry and is tipped at an angle, while Launda pushes her using her back.

I was supposed to go and was going to vote for Laudna, but crossing the boarder feels like a nightmare now, so I am staying home.

I'd also like to see Grog. I think Laudna and Grog could be amazing chaos.

Launda from Critical Role, cosplayed her at 2024 Anime Nebraskon

Launda was the first cosplay I made and has been a work in progress since 2022. I swear to god she'll be 100% complete by Nebkon this year.

Then I HAVE to go with What-If Dorian (Paladin Champion of the Spider Queen) and What-If Laudna (Eldritch Knight).

I put A LOT of thought into both of these designs: they are filled with references to their backstory and full of meaning.
Also, they're very hot, which always gets bonus points. 🤩😂
Character design of an alternative version of Dorian. Most of his chest is out, and he's wearing a tight, black leather outfit and spiky armour with spider motifs. Character design of an alternative version of Launda. She's wearing bits of armour and scale mail, over a tattered skirt and cape. Her chest is open and through her ribs we can see a purple eldritch light. She has a noose rope hanging from her neck and her head is framed in a halo made of dead tree branches. She is holding the sword Cravenedge and an animated rat skull is floating next to her.
