I think the problem for Tory MPs posting on here is less that it's a left-wing echo chamber but rather given the absolute shoeing they've just had at the genny lecs, folks aren't quite ready to hear their "this government is terrible" takes just yet.

VEGFR2 does not promote lymphangiogenesis:
Using AAVs expressing specific VEGF ligands we show that, VEGFA-VEGFR2 stimulation doesn't provoke any direct effects on LECs in vivo despite strong BEC expansion. We highlight that any VEGFA effects on LECs seen in vivo are secondary to BEC expansion.
