It was easy enough that I could actually do it. Got.the mount off of eBay and instructions off of Leitax.

Right. The camera service where I have enquired about C/Y-MAF conversion said that they would use kits from Leitax (if available), so I suppose that the operation would be reversible. I’d be interested in converting the Planars 50 f/1.4 and 85 f/1.4 first and foremost.

I used a Leitax knock off mount and it seems to work fine, but that was the only lens I planned on doing it to, but I did look at some C/Y lenses last night after seeing your post. (Only lens I regret selling is that 35mm 1.4) 🙂
