It's so fucking weird that LeonB in Resident Evil 2 has a cutscene reliant on whether you killed the alligator in ClaireA by wasting a ton of ammo or just blew it up with the canister when you have a 50/50 chance if the player will even see it.

Like LeonA/ClaireB vs LeonB/ClaireA in RE2 (original) or Near Automata
Otherwise, I find it a bit lazy, but I can understand including it in its simplest form

finished all 4 scenarios of RE2 (did LeonA/ClaireB on Normal, and ClaireA/LeonB on Hard), and gosh it was really fun
RPD on Hard is incredibly challenging, might be my favorite Resident Evil gameplay experience so far, you have to be incredibly smart with your ressources through the whole game

I still don't know why there are people who argue if LeonA/ClaireB or ClaireA/LeonB is the canon one when Resident Evil 6 says the latter is canon, because Sherry is only infected in ClaireA.

I finished Resident Evil 2 (PS1, 1998) a few days ago and there were so many moments where I thought "Why the hell wasn't THIS in the remake?"
The quality is a bit unbalanced though.
ClaireA/LeonB is a much better game than LeonA/ClaireB and I wonder how many people never bothered with it

For anyonecurious on how to switch characters for the Resident Evil 2 on PS4/PS5! If you want to play Claire disc first instead of Leon press start on the RE2 title screen, go to settings then go to change disc! Didn't know I could do that for a while lmao cuz I really wanted to play ClaireA/LeonB
