A very "battle rages" (negative) episode. But we do also learn the truth that's been driving Daba's choices this entire time.
Leccee and Amm competing to see who is more useful to Daba is a bit silly but the gag of everyone calling each other "comrade" at the end got a chuckle. #LGaim 13

It's true Stella sucks and is fighting for his own selfish goals, but Daba's naivete about "rebels fight for the sake of fighting" and failure to warn even a single person about an intruder reminds me of Bellri (negative). #LGaim 12

Amm has terrible taste in men, but if she's actually interested in Daba wouldn't hanging off Stella make him think she's not and spend more time with Leccee?
Speaking of, she looked so cool facing off an enemy who could have destroyed her as the sun breaks over the horizon. #LGaim 11

Lot of trust issues in episode 10, but Stella Coban takes a hostage and wants to revive the aristocracy so I'm not sure this rebellion is on the up and up. Plus Amm and Leccee still catfighting.
The Auge, the next Heavy Metal with giant gun shoulders and gold color scheme looks pretty rad. #LGaim

I forgot this episode also had the crossdressing.
Leccee's dedication to proving her loyalty to Daba, and her "life as a woman" are very loaded, but that smile and tears were incredible. #LGaim 9

Surprised they let Amm the girl actually pilot L-Gaim. Not surprised she wasn't very good. But hey, it's more than what some other franchise giant robot shows do.
Next episode: crossdressing. It is a Tomino show after all. #LGaim 8

Mecha anime today no longer have tiny fairies that carry objects 2-3 times their size and that's what's wrong with the industry. #LGaim 5

To be fair, Gaw Ha Leccee is hot, especially the way they animate her tossing up her hair and fluttering her eyelids. It is a bit silly how she falls for someone just because of a thank you. #LGaim 7

The girlies are fighting (positive).
It's amazing how much more useful both Amm and Lilis are than Kyao, the dude friend.
This episode also had a lot of goofiness, including Leccee's boobs after they don't really care about Amm's. #LGaim 6

Lilis, the tiny fairy with a sick kick that sends a grown man flying.
Hang on, what was Amandra Kamandra up when he first appears, with his back to the screen sitting in s chair then adjusting his belt? Hmm. #LGaim 4

Show me the way to you!
The way the title logo turns to imply it's a 3D object is already sick. Robot looks pretty cool too, I guess. #LGaim

"Women are scary."
Hatchia Matchia and Amandra Kamandra.
Tomino used to fucking have it, man. Also, it feels like there's so much of the Return of the Jedi barge fight in that first episode. #LGaim

I love Fannaria Amm already but I hope Lilis Faw isn't just a silent mascot the entire show. A cute fairy though.
That was a huge explosion, but even though it did do some damage it looks like it was mostly showy for Daba to get the upper hand. #LGaim 2
