Our #librarianspets personality for this week is Jolene, a special member of Becky's flock of chickens. Jolene only has one leg so Becky likes to take extra care of her, including crocheting this rather fetching bobble hat! #wlvuni #unilibrary #harrisonlibrary
The picture shows Jolene the chicken looking towards the camera with a crocheted blue little hat covering the comb on the top of her head. Jolene is held in Becky's arms (a coat with green sleeves can be seen), while in the background are fence panels and fields

It's Monday which means it's time for another episode from our #librarianspets series. This week we have two cats who reside with Mark, our Information Assistant based at Walsall Campus. First is Millie rolling on her back to have her tummy tickled then Trent looks happy getting warm by the fire.

We have a Librarians' Pets treat for you this week with two pictures of Binx, pet cat of Stacey from our team of Library Co-ordinators. Firstly Binx is seen happily exploring a cardboard box - he loves a box! - then he adopts a rather uncatlike pose wanting to have his tummy rubbed. #librarianspets
Binx the black cat is seen inside a Hello Fresh cardboard box, looking plaintively up at the camera as if to say 'don't you dare take me out of this box' Binx is pictured sprawled out on his back with his paws spread out, requesting a tummy tickle

For our #librarianspets post this week we catch up again with Winnie (a.k.a. Cat) care of Mark our Liaison Librarian for FSE.

Here Winnie still appears to be scowling a little despite being presented with some lunch!
The picture shows Winnie the cat sitting down on a kitchen floor with a half-eaten dish of cat food pellets in front of her. Winnie's expression looks quite stern although this could be partially down to her markings rather than any actual sense of annoyance.
