Do you guys know about Lifemap? It's a website that the represents all the living creatures as a "Tree of Life", with all the evolutionary relationships between all known species.
It is very neat to see all the different clades, and how they branch off and such.

I use a variety of sites, but lifemap.cnrs.fr is the main one that I use. I slowly work my way through the species pulling names from lifemap, and then searching for usable reference images online. After that i'll verify a few things and then start painting.

- 🔎 Searching with a synonym retrieves the correct taxon.
Synonyms (if any) are also displayed in the taxon box!
