I love this, and actually just put together a list that has very similar goals but a bit more explanation complexity - it's a bar desert and you use the unplayed cards as your life tracker:

Pretty sure I fixed all the kinks with the final design. Pin (for hinge) fits in fairly smoothly without sanding and the wheels now interlock and feel far smoother and are less likely to pop out on rotation. All in all, I think I can call this done👍
