For Loke it's a pirate slaver named Crushing Anchor. He was the one that they rescued Stigandr from. During that rescue he badly wounded Tiwas, he took one of Brynsa's eyes, and nearly killed Loke. Since then Loke has been hunting down anyone connected to him to try and find him again.
Do you consider there to be any villains/rivals/other kinds of antagonists in the lore for your WoL/OC that aren't part of any quests (so in other words, are an OC)? Who are they?
