Most of the local BKs closed bc of a lease rate hike dispute ("lol no we'll just close all those stores and your land can sit unused for the next decade GOOD PLAN") but the... western whopper i got three years ago was great and the chicken sandwich longboys are always good, to me.

April Reading List 2026. Almost forgot. A little uneventful. Finally read Wuthering Heights, it was weird/long/depressing. Mirrored my own isolation a little more than I'd like. Some good horror books, I'll make another post, who cares. No comics, I started a couple longboys and didn't finish.

Vegan mayo (Best Foods Plant Based Mayo, it's the only acceptable one), little sea salt and black pepper, on the middle slices of a San Luis sourdough round (the longboys), slightly toasted but still chewy.

3. Coal candy,
4. Longboys, and
5. Mary janes.
Chippers and maple candies are the only two regional candies I can think of that may be as good as peanut brittle.

And then I looked at the back, and now I know there are exactly six varieties, because it provides the nutrition facts for each. I can expect 8 (8!) longboys. That's just a package of longboys! That's a third of the calendar! This is just a mixed-cookie tin in fancy packaging!
