Then came in and bought one longstem rose, had it wrapped, said thanks and “bounded” out the door. “Okay open your eyes.” I’ve never seen anyone more surprised, happy or enthused to be presented with a flower. Just great stuff. Grinning ear to ear. Young love.

Tonight's dinner was half each of a fucking ENORMOUS rump steak we bought from Morrison's earlier today – all the rump steaks were about a third off by weight, so it was £7.04.
With roasties and longstem broccoli.
Followed by a kesar mango.
