We both grew up in Severna Park, and there has been plenty of development in Annapolis.

But like, no one is building apartments in Lothien or Shady Side.

this is so funny because Anne Arundel County includes a major airport, edges up to bigger cities, includes Annapolis, but then a huge chunk of it is pretty dang rural
