No matter the brand, the boxes are always full of nonsense. Add milk. Lol and lmao. It's called don't drain /all/ the starchy pasta water, add the powder + butter and mix in the pot. No extra dishes. No literal weak sauce the slides off your noodles to pool sadly in the bottom of the bowl.

Regular lowfat milk is about 8 grams of protein a cup, so 14 ounces would give you around 14 grams. Ultrafiltration pushes the milk through membranes that hold the protein back and let the water and most of the lactose through, then the plant recombines it with more of the protein fraction.

I just made Costco soft tacos with the lowfat Mission tortillas, rotisserie chicken, refried beans, shredded cheddar, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, the single-serving avocado cups, and Cholula and it was phenomenal. Plain, but so good.

Ach ja. Man kann die Sahne auch durch zB Cremefine ersetzen, wenn man sich drölfzig tausend Kalorien einsparen will. Weil as Süppchen hat es schon in sich XD
Tut meiner Meinung nach dem Geschmack nicht weh. Generell nehm ich immer die lowfat Sachen. Das macht die Textur etwas leichter.
