I'm sure Victreebel's origin as a Nepenthes is well known but as soon as I saw the new Mega I knew exactly what kind of Nepenthes they were probably inspired by.

Today’s cactus isn’t a cactus again. It’s a Nepenthes maxima x (lowii x macrophylla). Not much of a display this year. But fingers crossed for it for next season. And yes that is a rogue Sundew, they seed everywhere.
