1) more of an “Infernal Parade” guy, but I love her Nightbreed /Hellraiser hybrid design.
2) considering it was a McFarlane Toys project, I’m convinced she’s a Greg Capullo design. It’s the eyes.

It was this series: Tortured Souls (this figure is LUCIDIQUE). And it looked like Hellraiser because it was a team up with Clive Barker!

The version I had was a foot tall or something? So it was more like a maquette than an action figure.
