Best avocado toast I have ever eaten! My youngest son made breakfast for us. The secret is adding some fresh lemon to the avocado mix to give it a lift. A touch of the Club House Tex Mex seasoning was mixed into the scrambled eggs. He also added bacon and fresh tiny tomatoes cut in half.
