This magnificent miniature masterpiece is an early C3rdBCE tetradrachm of Lysimachos of Thrace. It depicts Alexander with the divine horns of Ammon & on the reverse Athena holding a tiny winged Nike (victory). This side also has the logo “of King Lysimachos.”

My favorite fiction about Alexander is this manga! "Alexandros" by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko.

The story teller is Lysimachos, which is a bit unusual. Alexander in this manga is a terrible drunk, affectionate, and vulnerable young man. He is a war genius, but by no means a hero or a god.

Also in terms of helmets, there is a real abundance of Chalcidian helmets, especially in Getae territory for the 4th century BC. Yudelnik (red circle) yielded 8 Chalcidian helmets, most showing signs of repeated wear and repair (this spot is associated with a battle perhaps against Lysimachos)
