They answered my question about cool interoperability possibilities with Universal Viewer with an example of combining the display of oral histories with archival photos. Digital Exhibitions have been the main use so far. #mac24 #s402

The archivist went box by box making a spreadsheet with location, media type, and condition notes. At the assessment stage they prioritized digitization for items without deterioration as the first step. #s302 #mac24

The records management push into digital records was the catalyst for born-digital workflows but coming from being unstaffed, getting passwords and access to what already existed was the first hurdle. (Reminder to document, document, document). #s201 #mac24
