While I’m a MacHead, I’m highly critical of Apple’s manufacturing practices (I’m committed to buying their products second hand now) but this is a good move.

While I’m a MacHead, I’m highly critical of Apple’s manufacturing practices (I’m committed to buying their products second hand now) but this is a good move.
One of the reasons I always hated Safari so much, despite being an OG MacHead, is that I build (built) websites for a living and that browser fucked with shit more than any other... for absolutely no reason. Things would render fine even in Opera, but get borked in Safari. "YOU ASSHOLES... WHY?!?"

Always been a loyal MacHead. I've had a couple PC laptops over the years, because you used to have to in the business world, but I've always been a MacHead at heart and always had Apple devices. Never an iPhone though. I refused, because AT&T was the only carrier when they came out. FUCK AT&T.

To be fair, I’m also not a huge Windows fan. I’m a Machead and have been since the original Macintosh—still have a Gen 1 in my basement in the original box. It may still boot, though it’s been more than a decade since I last dusted it off.

My mom was a graphic designer. I grew up fully indoctrinated into the MacHead cult. If not for my white-hot hatred of AT&T, I'm sure I'd have gotten an iPhone when they came out. Instead, it turned out to actually be a pretty decent firewall in my digital life; no social media on my phone either.
