My biggest issue with rhystic bans is that people who play like shit will be rewarded.
However, I also get penalized by watching them feed rhystic like madpeople, fall on their faces and give the win.

I'm one of those madpeople who runs marathons as a hobby, but wrt flexibility, doing my stretches every morning and every evening helps a whole lot. It's difficult at first, but before long I got used to it.
