Fun fact: there is no "easy way" to successfully publish.
Traditional publishers sometimes publish bad books. Self-published folks sometimes need better editing. Traditional publishers pass on stuff they shouldn't that blow up later. Self-published folks sometimes go traditional.

#makemanga tips:
A black & white manga with dot tones should be 600dpi (or 1200 dpi) and saved in monochrome. 😅
When incorrectly resized (sometimes by printers), it can cause a patchwork-pattern effect called MOIRE (see below)
Avoid by always saving in b&w only, and resize in increments!
