I love how several of the answers are “what would that even look like????” Calling out managerial trend-chasing bullshit so hard.

Terrible refereeing performance. Terrible managerial performance.

Anything to get him out of the managerial seat
I thought deeply about this, and sometimes wavered in my decision, but ultimately decided to do what is right for New York State and wrote-in Aaron Boone for Governor

My ice cold take is that many but not all complaints about universities are complaints about broader political economy and managerial factors that universities cannot address. Why do students want skills? Employers don’t do lifetime employment so they don’t do on the job training.

Other issue is the work. Van Hollen is apparently a disorganized mess (wonderful human) and not up for the managerial side. Schumer is trash however he is very, very good at whipping votes (I am NOT endorsing him).

As for the "Professional Managerial Class" a really funny thing to do is take sentences about this and imagine any time they say "PMC" they really meant "Private Military Contractor" (eg, mercenary)

So, the Mariners have replaced the manager with no actual managerial experience, who replaced the manager with no actual managerial experience, with a manager with no actual managerial experience?

Like, good luck to Jason Kanzler, and I’ll be watching, but make it make sense?

Speaker of the House is largely a Managerial role, who delegates a lot.

Words if someone says them, I just assume they're lying to me:

- "Middle Class"
- "Small Business"
- "Affordability"
- "Professional Managerial Class"

The key to me is vagueness. What is the "middle class"? So open ended. Potentially if you have more than $0 and less than Elon Musk you're "middle"

I wanna thank, from the bottom of my heart, all the people who made BFC happen.

All the con staff, all the volunteers, and all the hotel staff (managerial, concierge, housekeeping, security, etc).

That was one of the most magical weekends of my life, and I am so incredibly grateful to you all

Increasingly I think the AI tools are a way to cope with information overload. Too many messages, too many results to triage. Another reason they are so popular with the managerial class.

Aaron Ramsey has Oxford United sitting in third place, three points off the top with a game in hand.

His side are currently ten games unbeaten in the league.

It’s only his first managerial job and he’s lost one game.

Future Arsenal manager? 👀

I see now that Greg Davies controls the means of production while Little Alex Horne functions as a particularly servile agent of managerial capitalism. I have much to unlearn.

The entire arc of twentieth century politics is hiring managerial experts to get corrupt, racists buffons out of the political economy because it is bad for business.

The silver lining of a Labour loss would be Hipkins quitting and managerial incrementalism being buried in an unmarked grave: local and international success for the left tells us it comes from making a case to do what people want and need done, not promises of “malaise forever”
Greens holding up their end. TOP looks likely to make it. If the left can't form govt it's because Labour didn't get up, and we must never let any of them make a single excuse about it

Big distinction between the editorial (managerial) choices about what to cover, how to frame, what to prioritize, and the work of the reporting staff (labor).
