I love her. What you don't see here is her favorite toy, a hard candy still wrapped.

People can have their oranges ding bats cats or expensive fluff balls, but tuxedo cats have my heart.

Isn't my manager the prettiest!? But she is wondering why dinner and art comes before her allotted pets for the day.

Sapphire and Ruby. (I know Sapphire doesn't have a nose in cannon, but it's my drawing.)

So I mentioned my BF in the first SU fan art post. He is my hero and the best man I've ever known.

Ugh I'm so sloppy!

Manager Marlow doesn't care though, it's her 2:30 nap time.

Marlow demands her daily love while I try to draw windblown delphinium. She'll be less happy when I trim her nails tonight.

Manager Marlow checking my work lol.

Working on little details. I'm not exactly a perfectionist, but people will be looking at this art for a while, so I want to dot all my i's and cross all my t's.

We talked for a few minutes as a group, nothing specific I remember, the I went back to manning the show opening.

To this day I say she chose me for him.

Less than a month later, SO and I met again at a local makers meeting, we both continued going. He started giving me rides home, sometimes stopping for me at Walmart to pursue the doll aisle.

While I had two doll boxes trying to decide between them- #laurabergmangaicomini .

Well that's when, with the most focused and determined look on his face, he put his hands on my face and kissed me. I was thrilled. Then like the silliest lovers in a movie, danced to a pick-a-song in the mood music aisle.

Here's Marlow belly for listening.

Takahashi was the first time, way back when, that I saw a womans name on a comic. She invigored me then and reinvigorated me again this year, heading forward.

And here's the cat tax! Manager Marlow looking so cute!
