Suddenly, every time I load my #Godot project I get 19 warning messages about missing uids

I tried resaving meshes, collisions, & tile-sets - no luck.
I asked AI ... and other than the above it's suggestions are scary.

Look familiar to anyone?
Any human sourced advice would be appreciated.
