Interesting factoid: Arrestees are being taken to Mass Arresrt Processing Center (MAPC) at 1 Police Plaza, which is a block away. Makes the use of an arrest van to transport a single arrestee, surrounded by two units of SRG, with a drone overhead, all the more absurd.

Boston ran a pilot of using e-cargo bikes for local deliveries and, unsurprisingly, it worked great for the challenging "last mile" on our narrow twisty crowded streets.
