MarchWorldbuilders are done and handed off to Kira for final inspection. I think I've found a font I'm happy with for Marchistics.
I might actually get to play video games this weekend. 😁

Day 1: Special tree? What makes a tree special? Anything you want it to be 🤭 There's a totally normal oak tree in front of the Good Thyme Inn which is beloved by the gang. And Grilled knows about the secret buried beneath around its roots...

#MarchWorldbuilders, how do you (or the people in your world) differentiate animals from other living entities? If you have 'creatures' or spirits or anything else that's not human, tell me about their classifications.

Hello, #MarchWorldbuilders! Have you created any animals/creatures for your world? Something that doesn't exist on Earth?
As a reminder, I'm not really online this month. I'm doing some writing/reading (and terribly addicted to video games), so I won't be engaging much right now😅

Good morning, #MarchWorldbuilders! Tell me about agriculture in your fictional world. What plants/fungi are farmed for eating? Do your main characters like to eat it? And what are the farms themselves like?

#MarchWorldbuilders, what's the status of 'separation of church and state' in your fictional world? Are they separate at all? Does one control the other? Are they one and the same entity? And if they are connected, how has that impacted policy?

What is your worldbuilding for? Why do you do it? Is it for a book? A TTRPG? A game? A comic? Or just for the pleasure of worldbuilding for its own sake? Which, I argue, is a perfectly cromulent hobby and don't let anyone convince you otherwise!

#MarchWorldbuilders. Hey there, friends! Let's not forget about our characters this week! Has your MC had any significant interactions with plants or fungi? This can include creatures/monsters who are in some way 'plant-based' (an interpretation I will leave up to you)

Good morning, #MarchWorldbuilders! Does your world have any rituals involving animals? This could be a religious ritual, a festival/holiday, anything! (Note: there IS another day for religious rituals in general tomorrow!)

#MarchWorldbuilders. Hello, friends! Tell me about healing in your world, particularly when a plant or fungus is involved. Do your characters ever make magic potions? Or herbal remedies? Maybe they can make a lovely tea that restores some mental clarity?

#MarchWorldbuilders. What does your MC (or another important character) think of utilitarianism vs. individualism? Are they more focused on building a community and doing right by them, or are they only concerned for their own well-being?

#MarchWorldbuilders, good morning! How does your scifi/fantasy world's religion impact social classes? Are people put into specific classes or castes based on the teachings of the religion? How does this affect your characters?

Hey there, #MarchWorldbuilders! This week's questions are about moral philosophies, which might be tied to your world's religion, or might not! Today's Q: Are there people who can get away with murder in your world? Professional assassins or the very wealthy, perhaps?

Here are your #MarchWorldbuilders prompts! Yes, it's the same as last year. I think these questions are pretty good, so I didn't see any need to change them, but I did rephrase a few (since sometimes people will see the prompts out of context and answer for the real world, whoops)

Hello, #MarchWorldbuilders! In your writing, have you ever used a plant/fungus for symbolism? Perhaps the symbol of a royal house, a religion, a character, a branch of magic. Or even, if we expand from worldbuilding and talk narrative techniques, perhaps you've used it for literary symbolism?
